At Uyoya Pro, we strive to provide a seamless and satisfactory user experience. However, we understand that there may be situations where users require a refund. Below is our policy regarding refunds:
Deposits into the Platform: Users can deposit funds into their Uyoya Pro accounts to pay for subscription fees or to purchase products from other users or Uyoya Pro.
Non-Withdrawable Deposits: Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn; however, they can be used within the platform for transactions, including purchasing products or subscriptions.
Eligibility: Refunds for deposited funds can only be requested within 2 days of making the deposit.
Refund Process: To request a refund, users can simply click the Refund button located at the bottom of the Uyoya Pro page and follow the instructions provided.
Transaction Fees: Transaction fees for deposits, purchases, or other services are non-refundable. Any refund processed will be net of applicable fees.
Refunds Not Available for Withdrawn Funds: Funds that have been converted to points or withdrawn as money are not eligible for refunds.
Points Conversion: Points that are earned on the platform can be withdrawn as money once converted, and these withdrawals are final.
Points Withdrawal Policy: Points can only be converted to money and withdrawn if they meet the required conversion criteria. Refunds will not be applicable once points are converted into money.
System Errors or Faults: In cases where there is a system error that impacts a transaction, Uyoya Pro will review the issue on a case-by-case basis and may issue a refund at its discretion.
Changes in Service: If Uyoya Pro makes significant changes that impact your ability to use the platform, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to terms and conditions.
