  • If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

4. Payment Gateway Fees

Payments are processed through Lenco Payment Gateways, a third-party payment processor. Any charges or fees deducted by Lenco Payment Gateways will not be included in the refund amount. Refunds will be issued for the net amount received by Uyoya Pro after such deductions.

5. Deductions from User Account Balance

If you have an account balance on Uyoya Pro, any applicable charges for the refund processing will be deducted from your account balance.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Renewal fees for ongoing subscriptions.
  • Charges or fees deducted by Lenco Payment Gateways.
  • Any promotional or discounted memberships.
